Voluntary Account Closure

Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked as inactive after 12 months without any login or transaction. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

11Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

38okbaje is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Issues arising from the user's violation of local laws
